Dairy Farm visit in the United States 2019.03.30
On March 25th, 2019, I.B had a meeting with Prof. Garret Oetzel (University of Wisconsin Madison) and Prof. Shin Oikawa (Rakuno Gakuen Univ.) in Wisconsin, USA to discuss how we can make dairy cows healthier with less stress.
I.B visited a farm next day in WI to learn about the farming system in US. For 2 days, we’ve acquired the knowledge and difference of livestock management system between Japan and the US.
We are going to continue the study of dairy cows and dairy system to make satisfactory product for dairy producers.
